About the Role:

We are actively seeking a hands-on and resourceful Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our growing HR team. This role will identify and engage top tier talent, build candidate pipelines, and work closely with hiring managers to meet our company’s workforce needs. You will be a key player in our recruitment strategy, ensuring that we attract the best candidates to support dynamic business goals and company culture.  

The candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting, with a focus on leveraging technology. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will ensure positive candidate experiences throughout the hiring process. 


Overall Responsibilities:
  • Identify, attract, engage and introduce successful professionals to our selection process. 

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs. 

  • Source high quality candidates based off of our candidate profile utilizing all recruitment sources. 

  • Manage candidates through the full cycle of recruitment ensuring candidates are supported along the way and act as a business partner to our hiring managers to work strategically to execute recruitment goals. 

  • Build a network that creates a source of referral generation from employees as well as external professional network. 

  • Develop, create, and manage presence on LinkedIn by creatively attracting talent through advertising and marketing strategies. 

  • Review resumes to schedule interviews and conduct pre-screen interviews for candidates entering the selection process. 

  • Follow-up with hiring managers post-interview for candidate feedback in a timely matter. 

  • Utilize and maintain our ATS system to track candidate progress, maintain data accuracy, and ensure metrics are accurately notated to report our leadership. 

  • Partner with HR team to develop a consistent onboarding experience. 
     

Other Duties: 

  • Highly resourceful in problem solving throughout recruitment process. 

  • Maintain effective candidates notes and ensure all reports are updated in a timely manner. 

  • Ensure that their recruiting business is highly organized. 

  • Promote our company's employer brand to attract talent. 

  • Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices. 
     

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. 

  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience in the AEC industry.   

  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

  • Negotiation and relationship-building abilities. 

  • Superior written and oral communication skills 

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented culture.

Estimated compensation range: $85,000- $115,000 base salary per year
