About the Role
JB&B is seeking high-achieving engineering students to join our internship program for Summer 2025. JB&B’s Summer Internship is a 8-week program that provide students the opportunity to learn about design engineering across HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing & Fire Protection trades. Students will work on active projects alongside a mentor, visit job sites, and learn various design software programs our engineers use. Students will also have development opportunities to network with leadership and their colleagues and participate in firm events.
The Summer 2025 Internship program will take place in-person at one of our office locations in New York, Boston, and Philadelphia.
All applications will be reviewed for relevant skills and qualifications. Applicants who make it to the final round will hear from our Human Resources team on next steps.
Qualifications
- Rising junior or senior students as of Summer 2025, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's degree students also accepted).
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating in a team environment.
Estimated compensation: $20 per hour (non-exempt)
